At 250 metres above sea level, the vineyard is now home to 5,000 vines, and its north-west exposure provides just the right amount of sunlight.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3098\" data-end=\"3297\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacapan.si\/en\/miro-cellar\/meats\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cured meats \u2192<\/a><br data-start=\"3111\" data-end=\"3114\" \/>The foundation of outstanding cured meats is outstanding raw material \u2013 and choosing the right breed matters. From pressed, healthy Teran grapes, we first prepare a mash using a traditional method with no added sugar, then let it \u201cwork\u201d for a good six weeks.
