On 25th December 1973, the doors of \u0160pacapanova hi\u0161a were opened for the first time. The house has since then witnessed many smiles, warm embraces, good food and faded photographs. Traditions and plates have been changed, as well as glasses, fa\u00e7ade and servers. The attic now has rooms, that weren\u2019t there before.<\/p>\n

Exactly 48 years have passed since we have started. This year we are celebrating an important birthday as we are slowly approaching our 50th anniversary! We would like to celebrate this anniversary with you, so we have prepared a special culinary event.<\/p>\n

TRADITIONAL KARST CUISINE<\/h4>\n

Despite many changes, some things remain the same! Our tradition and Karst are our main motifs. For our 48th anniversary, you will receive a Long culinary experience, accompanied with vines from our exclusive wine maker Marko Fon. We are very honored because Mr. Fon will be presenting his wines exclusively for this event.<\/p>\n

MARKO FON<\/h4>\n

Mr. Fon shares characteristics with his wines; autochtone, natural and traditional. A wine maker who cultivates the vineyards himself and sells the vines only when he is certain of its quality. The vines are both genius and simple. Characteristics of Karst are shown in their minerality, freshness and sweetness.<\/p>\n
