Small and charming fragrant rooms that will make you feel welcome, relaxed and serene. Homemade lavender soap and shampoo, and a healing lavender bath in the room with the massage tub, will help you freshen up and relax.

Nothing says good morning like a heavily laden dinner table, madam Ada will indulge you with some meats from Špacapan House, Zidarič ricotta and yogurt, fresh homemade bread from stone-ground flour, homemade butter, jam, homemade juices, tea, water and of course steaming coffee. Welcome to our home.

There are four rooms with double beds on the first floor: Smoke tree, Juniper, Lily of the Valley, Daffodil and Snowdrop with two single beds. Since 2021, there are five more rooms with double beds on the second floor – Lily, Sunflower, Rock, Bora and Olive tree.

Price of bed:

  • double room: €100
  • double room (French bed): €90
  • for one person: €80
  • an extra bed: €30
  • cot: €10/day
  • breakfast: €25
  • dog: €10/day
  • tourist tax: €2,5/person per day

* In high season the price per night is increased by €10. The high season spans from July 15th to September 17th.

If you are not staying with us, but would nevertheless like to start your day with Ada’s breakfast, the price of the breakfast is €27.00 per person.

Additional information:

  • On the day of arrival, you can check in between 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm, on the day of departure you can check out till 11.00 am (later might be possible if arranged in advance).
  • Breakfast is served between 8.00 am and 10.00 am.
  • Room cancellation in Špacapan House is free of charge if cancelled up to one week before the scheduled arrival. If cancelled up to two days before scheduled arrival, we charge you 50 %. In case you don’t show up or cancel the reservation in the last two days, we charge you 100 %.
  • Beside the bar, you can find eno-gastronomy and other literature available for internal use
  • Rooms are available every day throughout the year
  • All the prices are in euro (€) with VAT.
