Špacapanova hiša offers 10 double rooms, furnished with unique solid oak pieces, natural materials, and calm tones that create a sense of warmth, peace, and homeliness. Each room has a private bathroom. In selected rooms, an extra bed is available exclusively for children.

Ada’s breakfast: A morning that takes its time.

After a night at Špacapanova hiša, the day begins slowly – with warm bread, coffee, and the quiet of the Karst. An experience lasting about an hour, prepared individually for each table.

If you are not staying with us but would like to start your day with Ada’s breakfast, the breakfast price is €27.00 per person.

 

*During high season, the room rate is €10 higher. High season runs from 1 May to 30 September.

Additional information:

 

  • Check-in on the day of arrival: between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm
  • Check-out on the day of departure: by 11:00 am (later check-out may be possible by arrangement, subject to availability)
  • Breakfast is served between 8:00 am and 10:00 am
  • Room reservations at Špacapanova hiša can be cancelled free of charge up to one week before the scheduled arrival
  • Cancellations up to three days before arrival are charged 50%, while cancellations within the last three days or no-shows are charged 100% of the amount
  • A 30% deposit is charged upon booking
  • All prices apply for bookings made via the website or by email; for bookings made through other channels (e.g., Booking), we reserve the right to adjust prices up to the amount of the provider’s commission
  • At the bar counter, a selection of gastronomic and other literature is available for in-house use
  • Rooms are available every day of the year
  • All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT
