Your St Martin’s evening can begin at 5.30 pm in Miro’s Cellar, where we introduce you to the story of Špacapanova hiša, the ageing of cured meats, house wines, the Karst cistern, the vinegar cellar and the flavours of the Karst.
In Miro’s Cellar, we serve the opening bites and the cold part of St Martin’s Menu. At 7.00 pm, the experience continues in the restaurant with soup, warm starters, main courses and dessert.
The wine pairing includes a tasting of house wines in Miro’s Cellar, followed by the wine pairing in the restaurant.
