It appears this summer has no plans to skimp on the heat. Staying on the shady side and drinking plenty of water sounds really wise. The Špacapans suggest an additional summer refreshment. In our restaurant we already serve a new summer menu, woven from ingredients that provide freshness and lightness. We created dishes from home-grown tomatoes, peaches, aubergines, porcini mushrooms, anchovies, rabbit, fresh vegetables and other local goodies.
